History
A visual highlight. The red wine float on top was invented in Chicago in the late 19th century but made famous in New York.
Ingredients
6cl Bourbon, 3cl lemon juice, 2cl simple syrup, 2cl dry red wine
Preparation
Shake whisky, lemon and syrup. Strain over ice. Gently float the red wine on top using a spoon.
